The primary aim of the College is to develop the talents of our students in order to help them achieve successful careers. Our training and courses are closely matched to the needs of the West of England economy and the College is proud to be the talent pipeline for a number of high-profile businesses. Whether it is through our highly successful apprenticeship programme, through one of our new innovative industry academies or through putting organisations in touch with students to fill job vacancies, we know we can supply businesses with the emerging talent they need to grow their businesses.

Year after year our success and completion rates are up there amongst the top performers in the country. We have extensive experience of working with businesses from a wide range of industrial sectors to identify, place, train and assess apprenticeships. You can find extensive information on our apprenticeship provision here.
Our New Academies
This year the College is opening a series of new industry academies, designed to meet the skills needs of key employment sectors. We now have two academies open, the Bath Hotel and Restaurant School and the FutureSpark Academy and we are in the process of opening our third academy, The Care Academy.
