In line with Public Contracts Regulations 2015 and Bath College’s Subcontracting Policy (page 5, clause 10), potential subcontractors can request a subcontracting application form detailing the information required for consideration and due diligence.
In the first instance, enquiries should be sent to the Deputy Principal, Kate Hobbs (Kate.Hobbs@bathcollege.ac.uk). A deadline will be provided for receipt of the application.
Subcontracting decisions are generally made in the summer term for the next academic year.
