Bath College are excited to offer the opportunity to study Criminology and Law (Public Services) as a Level 2 qualification. Students are able to develop their understanding of the roles and responsibilities of public services whilst exploring elements of criminological theories and the legal system. This qualification is aimed at students who are interested in a career within Criminology, Law and/or public services. Students will have the opportunity to understand not only why and how people commit crime, but how we work with and respond to offenders too. We facilitate our students learning in a number of ways, from report writing to practical application of knowledge, to real life case studies and examples. You will study a range of units which will include Public Services Skills, Crime and its Effects on Society and Cybercrime.
