The cost of your course will change depending on what you study.
If you are studying a part-time or higher education course, please look at your course page to see the cost.
If you are studying a full-time course or you can't see the costs, you can contact the college to find out. Please call 01225 328 720 or email info@bathcollege.ac.uk.

If you are on a low income, you might get money from the Learner Support Fund. This will help you with childcare costs while you study.
If you would like more help, please talk to the Student Funding Administrator in Student Services at the City Centre Campus.
Most of the courses at Bath College are funded by the Education Funding Agency (EFA) and the Skills Funding Agency (SFA). These groups pay for education after 16. However, this does not include Higher Education.

If you are over 20, there are different childcare funding choices. You should talk to the staff at your local Job Centre Plus for help before you join a course.
Lone Parents
Are you a lone parent? If you're not eligible for the New Deal programme, you could get help with money through the Horizons Education Fund.
Working Tax Credit
You could get paid through the Child part of your Working Tax Credit. Please talk to HM Revenue & Customs for more help.
Learner Support Fund Childcare
Are you over 20 and from a low-income household? You can get money to help pay for childcare through the Learner Support Fund.
We can help pay for childcare for children from 1 year old.
If your child is older than 4, you will need to find an Ofsted nursery or child carer.
The Learner Support Fund does not pay when you are not in your college lessons.
Are you under 20? You can get help with childcare costs from Care to Learn.
Care to Learn will give you money to help with childcare costs while you learn. This can be for nursery deposits and travel to and from your childcare.

City & Guilds can give you money to help you join a City & Guilds qualification. This bursary can help you pay for your course, childcare, travel, and living costs.

Are you over 19 and live in Wales? You might be able to get the Welsh Assembly Learning Grant. You must study at least 275 hours at Bath College to get it.
You can get up to £1,500 or £750 if you are studying part-time or dependent on household income.

If your course is not available near your home and you need to move closer to the college, you can get help to pay your rent.
