As a Food and Beverage team member, you'll work in a variety of settings, from restaurants and cafs to bars, coffee shops, and licensed venues, delivering exceptional customer experiences.
Your responsibilities will include preparing and serving food and drinks, managing bookings, greeting guests, handling payments, and ensuring a welcoming atmosphere.
You'll also learn key skills such as upselling, stock management, and maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.
Collaboration is central to the role, and you'll work with colleagues front and back of house to create a seamless service.
Apprentices without level 1 English and Maths (GCSE 3/D) will need to achieve this level.
You'll also need to take the test for level 2 English and Maths (GCSE 4/C) before taking the end-point assessment.
Monitoring and managing customers to ensure needs are met

You'll learn on the job in the workplace to build skills for the hospitality and culinary industries.
After you complete this apprenticeship, you can progress to the Hospitality Supervisor Standard Level 3.
