Yes, your employer can choose to pay your course fees for apart-time course if they’re willing to support your development. This is often arranged directly between you and your employer, your employer will need to complete a C105 (Authority to Invoice form) and return to the Finance department. Bath College will then provide an invoice along with payment details if needed.
Refunds after enrolment at Bath College depend on the timingand circumstances of your withdrawal. Generally, if you decide to withdraw fromyour course, you may be eligible for a refund, but this is subject to the college’s refund policy.

Not necessarily. At Bath College, we work closely with awide range of local employers and often have apprenticeship vacancies available. Our Apprenticeship Team can support you in finding a suitableemployer by sharing opportunities, helping with applications, and preparing youfor interviews.

Enrolment is the process of officially joining your chosencourse at Bath College. It confirms your place and ensures we have all thedetails we need to support you during your studies. You’ll also receive yourstudent ID and timetable during this process. Enrolment for school leavers takes place in August/September, for others it maybe throughout the year.
Once you’ve accepted your offer, you’ll be contacted by theCollege with details about how to enrol. Enrolment usually takes place inAugust and early September, either online or in person depending on your course. You’ll receive instructions by email, so make sure your contact details are up to date.
