Customer Service Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship is about undertaking a customer service role and recognising that employment in the customer service sector involves a diverse range of tasks and activities that are constantly changing and developing. It is for those people who are working in an environment where their role is to provide service to customers. For an Intermediate apprentice these skills could involve communicating with customers, building relationships with customers, resolving problems, promoting products and/or services, using appropriate communication channels, keeping records, gathering customer feedback and working in a team. Job roles could be Customer Service Trainee, Customer Service Assistant, Representative or Agent.
What are the entry requirements?
There are no specific entry requirements for this course although GCSE’s at A-C in English and maths may be an advantage.
What qualifications will I gain?
To achieve a full award, candidates must complete:
Level 2 Diploma in Customer Service
Functional Skills in English Level 2
Functional Skills in Maths Level 2
How will I be assessed?
Assessment of the NVQ element is carried out in the workplace and the assessor will help you to identify any gaps through exercises and activities set between assessment visits.
Functional skills and the technical certificate will be taught in class in college by a tutor and will finish with a series of exams.
What can I do after this course?
Successful candidates can progress to the Customer Service Level 3 Apprenticeship.
