The Shrubbery is a popular restaurant offering formal and modern dining during lunchtime and dinner.
All our dishes are prepared, served and cooked by our students as part of their training under professional supervision. We use only fresh, local and seasonal ingredients where possible.
The Shrubbery is open to the public, staff and students during term time.
Fine Dining at The Shrubbery
Throughout the year students provide a variety of themed dinners, where we attempt to tantalise your taste buds. Visiting chefs come and work with our students to stretch and strengthen their skills. Arrive at 6.30 pm for a 6.45 pm start. Cost starting from £19.50.

The Coffee Shop
Our Coffee Shop is located on the ground floor of the Roper Building and offers hot and cold drinks, fresh sandwiches, salads, paninis, soup, and fresh baked cakes. Please note that the Coffee Shop is only available to staff and students.
