This course is ideal if you want to find a first job as part of a cabin crew. You may have some experience in a related job, or you might be completely new to the aviation industry.
Topics covered:
- Airline industry terminology
- Responding to planned and unplanned emergencies on board
- The effect of the weather on aviation operations
- Crew room duties
- Customer service, safety, security and the comfort of passengers.
Learners will need a grade 4 in Maths and English and be 18 by the end of the course.
You will be assessed using assignments, practical tasks and exams.
This qualification can help you start your career in Air Cabin Crew and Aviation.
200 pounds which will go towards a number of trips. Learners will be expected to purchase their own uniform ready for the start of the course.
