During this exciting course you will develop skills to master the art of piping and sugar craft modelling. You will get to make and create a teddy bears picnic themed cake, allowing you to practice your sugar craft modelling to create the characters for the cake decoration. You will bake and decorate biscuits to increase your confidence in decorating with flair. All recipes will be included.
