This nurturing and creative floristry course is designed to support wellbeing and recovery through the calming and therapeutic art of flower arranging. Over six weekly sessions, learners will explore a range of floristry techniques while enjoying the positive benefits that creativity, mindfulness, and connection with nature can bring.
Participants will learn how to work with seasonal flowers and foliage, develop practical floristry skills, and create a variety of beautiful floral designs.
