Is your child or the person you care for ready to progress to paid work? This course will help SEND learners aged 16-24 move into employment.
If they thrive in a structured, safe environment, this course will help them build independence for work and adulthood.
This course is fully funded, so they can progress to work with confidence for free.
Why should they take this course?

All applicants complete a safe, judgment-free admission process.
The process involved a friendly meeting with the tutor, a review of the learner's EHCP, and a conversation with you, the parent or carer.
Don't worry, there are no tests or exams. This process helps our tutors make sure the course is right for them and reduces their anxiety.
If the course isn't the right fit, our experts will help you find another option.
Learners who need a step before full workplace integration can study the Future Steps to Work (Pre-Internship).
If they need more time to build independence, the Future Skills or Future Choices courses could be the next natural step.
Finally, Step into FE will help them rejoin education before employment.
