Accounting for Employment
Our new Accounting for Employment course will provide you with the AAT Level 2 qualification and the relevant skills to work within accountancy.

What are the entry requirements?
GCSE Maths and English at C/4 or above.
What qualifications will I gain?
AAT level 2 plus work experience.
Who is the awarding body?AAT - Association of Accounting Technicians
Who will be my tutor?
How will I learn?
The course will be a mixture of practical work within a workplace, classroom based learning and exams. You will be encouraged and supported to spend time in the workplace on placement.
How will I be assessed?
Exam and portfolio.
What can I do after this course?
- Level 3 Business or progress into employment whilst studying ACCA Level 3 part-time
- Business Administration Level 3 Apprenticeship or Accounting Technician Apprenticeship

Where will I need to go on my first day?On your first day, please report to the Reception in the Roper Building at City Centre Campus.

Calculator, pen, paper.
What else do I need to know?As a full-time student at Bath College, you will follow a study programme consisting of a vocational diploma, maths and English, employability skills, volunteering and tutorial. Please visit our Study Programmes page for details.
