This course is designed to help you to develop coping skills that will see you through life’s ups and downs, whilst supporting you in building and improving your confidence and motivation.

- Learn how specific skills and positives routines can help you to manage stress and bounce back quickly after setbacks.
- Understand how limiting beliefs are formed and possess some tools to work through them
