Bricklaying Level 2
Bricklaying Level 2 is a construction industry recognised qualification which will help you continue on your path to becoming a qualified bricklayer. You will study a range of units which include safe working practices, communication with others, building methods and construction technology, interpreting working drawings to set out masonry structures, solid walls, isolated and attached piers and cavity walling forming masonry structures.
What topics are covered?As a full-time student at Bath College, you will follow a study programme consisting of a vocational diploma, maths and English, employability skills, volunteering and tutorial. Please visit our Study Programmes page for details.
Who is the course aimed at?
This course is most suited for people aged 16-18 and may also meet the needs of mature students up to 25 years.
What are the entry requirements?
Successful completion of the level 1 Bricklaying Diploma is usually required.
