The objectives of this course is to give you a practical working knowledge of estimating and costing for use in the fields of civil engineering design, construction and maintenance. This programme deals with the Civil Engineering Standard Method of Measurements (CESMM) and is used on civil engineering construction contracts by practising engineers and surveyors.
