Customer Service Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship
This Apprenticeship is aimed at those people who deliver and manage service and are accountable in the area where they practise. It is for those people who work without direct supervision or on their own. For an Advanced apprentice these skills could involve improving customer satisfaction, team leading, improving customer loyalty, gathering and analysing customer feedback, processing complaints and maintaining reliable customer service. Job roles for this apprenticeship could be Customer Relationship Manager, Team Leader or Co-ordinator.
What are the entry requirements?
There are no specific entry requirements for this course although GCSE’s at grades A-C in English and maths may be an advantage.
What qualifications will I gain?
To achieve a full award, candidates must complete:
Level 3 Diploma in Customer Service
Functional Skills in English Level 2
Functional Skills in Maths Level 2
How will I be assessed?
Assessment of the NVQ element is carried out in the workplace and the assessor will help you to identify any gaps through exercises and activities set between assessment visits.
Functional skills and the technical certificate will be taught and assessed in college for one day per week with a class and tutor and will finish with a series of exams.
What can I do after this course?
Successful candidates might want to continue and progress their career or take further qualifications to build on their skills, such as a Level 4 Diploma in Customer Service.
