Floristry: Church Flowers
Learn how to create different designs for all church occasions in this specialist workshop. Enjoy creating and constructing floral arrangements for pedestals and pew ends using high quality materials. Please note, to allow for ordering of fresh materials, enrolments will close on 23/04/2020.
What topics are covered?
Front facing arrangement, Pedastol, altar arrangement. Working with floral foam; colours for darker interiors and cool temperatures; size and proportion for positioning arrangement.

Anyone who is interested in creating designs for places of worship
Who will be my tutor?
How will I learn?
Practical demonstrations and hands on tuition. You will be working with sharp tools.
Where will I need to go on my first day?On your first day, please report to the Reception in the Roper Building at City Centre Campus.
What do I need to bring?
Please bring a large bag/container to carry your designs home.
What else do I need to know?
Flowers, tools and equipment provided. Enrolment closing date is a week before the start date.
To avoid disappointment, please make sure you enrol on your chosen course early. Decisions regarding running or cancelling a course are made one week prior to the start of the course. If a course is cancelled, you will be informed and your course fees refunded in full. Please see Terms and Conditions of Enrolment.
The course will not run on bank holidays or during half term. Please check the term dates.
