A hospitalty team member can work in a range of establishments, for example bars, restaurants, cafes, conference centres, banqueting venues or contract caterers.

This course is aimed at those looking to pursue a career in the food and beverage sector.
What are the entry requirements?
Minimum of ‘D/3’ grade in GCSE English and Maths or Functional Skills Level 1.

Hospitality Team Member Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship.

How will I learn?
You will learn through theory, assignments, workshops one-day a month day release, self-study.
What hours will I be in college?
One-day a week day release.
How will I be assessed?
Four end-point assessments.
What can I do after this course?
Successful students can progress onto a level 3 supervisory apprenticeship.

Course costs depend on the age of the student, the size of employer and if the employer is levy.

You will be required to purchase a text book separately.
