IT Level 3 Advanced Apprenticeship

Course Overview

This framework is suitable for those whose main job role is to use IT applications in support of colleagues or customers in any sector or industry. The advanced Apprenticeship develops skills learned at Level 2, this also prepares you for managing ICT systems. It provides you with the necessary skills to carry out general IT duties in the area such as fault diagnosis and repair, customer relations, systems analysis and database management.

What qualifications will I gain?

Level 3 NVQ Diploma in IT User Skills

Functional Skills in English Level 2

Functional Skills in Maths Level 2

Functional Skills in ICT Level 2


How will I be assessed?

Assessment will be completed in the workplace.


What can I do after this course?

Successful candidates can progress to the Level 4 Apprenticeship.
