Real Fast Food
Learn the secret of how to recreate some of your favourite dishes from scratch using fresh ingredients. This free course will allow you to develop your cookery skills and eat healthier less processed dishes.
Starting with Crispy Chicken Nuggets and homemade spicy wedges on week one, you can help choose the ‘fast food’ dishes we will create each week.
You do not need to bring anything with you as all ingredients will be provided. Each session will finish with a meal which you have created.
Please notify us of any special dietary requirements prior to the start of the course.
