Barbering Diploma Level 3
This course is designed for you if you wish to progress and develop your barbering skills and increase your employability. Students studying on this course will work as barbers in our professional salons, which are open to the general public.
What are the entry requirements?
Hairdressing Level 2 NVQ / VRQ or an equivalent Hairdressing or Barbering qualification.
How will I be assessed?
You will be assessed on a continuous basis within a realistic working environment. Assessment includes projects, oral questions, written tests and the production of a portfolio of completed work.
What can I do after this course?
On completion of this course you can gain employment in a barber shop within a role in that requires a more senior status.
Are there any additional costs?
There may be some additional costs to cover the cost of trips, these will be discussed when you start your year of study, also you may need to purchase materials and a uniform at the start of your course.
