This Introduction to Effective Communication course follows on from Introduction to Understanding Dementia introductory course. This introductory class is designed to develop your understanding of how dementia affects communication, how to break down barriers and how to develop strategies for effective communication. Choose to book in for both workshops or the individual course most applicable for you.
