Leadership and Management Level 3 Award
The Leadership and Management Level 3 Award is ideal if you are aspiring to move into management or have management responsibilities but no formal training. It is particularly suited to practising team leaders seeking to move up to the next level of management and managers who need to lead people through organisational change, budget cuts or other pressures. This qualification is primarily completed as a distance based learning course via the use of an e-portfolio, but does include attendance between two and five days at college throughout the academic year. There is also the option to study towards the Award in Leadership and Management.
This is the same qualification as the Leadership and Management certificate course, but requires the completion of less units.
