What are the entry requirements?
Minimum of ‘D/3’ grade in GCSE English and Maths or Functional Skills Level 1.

Production Chef Level 2 Intermediate Apprenticeship.

How will I learn?
You will learn through theory, on the job training, day release in kitchens here at college.
What hours will I be in college?
Four three-day block day release.
How will I be assessed?
Three end-point assessments.
What can I do after this course?
Successful students can progress onto a commis chef apprenticeship, a level 2 catering qualification, or or employment in pubs, schools or café.
How much does this course cost?
Course costs depend on the age of the student, the size of employer and if the employer is levy.
Are there any additional costs?
You will be required to purchase chef whites and knives separately.
